This is one pound of fat
The Rockstar and I went grocery shopping. I sent him to the other side of the store to get something I forgot. By the time he got back I was in the freezer aisle. I saw him pass me and wondered where he was going. My cell phone rang...it was him. He said "where are you??" I told him he had just passed me...I was right behind him. He passed me because he didn't even realize it was me from behind. Of course his response was that he needed to spend more time behind me so we should go home and get busy on that...and we did :)

LOL...now, go to the produce section and pick up 3 10 lb bags of potatoes...you'll be shocked at how heavy they are!!
