No work for me today. I was to busy running. I ran, and ran, and ran....all the way to the bathroom. Multiple times. I am pretty sure it was a 5K.
I am feeling better now, but I don't think I will be eating any solid food tonight.
I had my own personal nurse today...isn't she cute??

I used to think I didn't like little dogs...you are converting me....WANT ONE!!!!!! (I think I have in mind little yappy bitey dogs..what can I say, we once had a bad experience with a rat terrier).
